introduction
Bile salts are the main organic components found in bile. They allow the body to excrete cholesterol and potentially toxic compounds such as bilirubin and drug metabolites. Bile salts are synthesized in liver cells called liver cells, then stored in the gallbladder and secreted to the first part of the small intestine. They are then reabsorbed and returned to the liver, where they are recycled and used by the body again.

preparation of crude cholic acid take pig cholate or calcium cholate mother liquor, add hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH3-3.5, precipitate precipitate, stand for 12-18h, remove the upper layer of water, wash the precipitate with water until nearly neutral, dry under reduced pressure for 4-5h to obtain crude cholic acid.

Concentration, drying at 60 ℃, ball milling, sieving, sodium cholate finished product.

method 2. using fresh cow (or sheep, pig) bile as raw material
take fresh cow (or sheep, pig) bile, filter through double-layer gauze, spray dry, add more than 3.5 times the amount of 90% ethanol reflux extraction, filtration, concentration, drying, grinding, sodium cholate finished product.

Sodium Cholate Tablets (Sugar-coated Tablets)
preparation (calculated according to the raw materials of 100,000 tablets) wetting dextrin with 20%-30% ethanol and granulating through 10-mesh iron wire sieve. Drying at about 70 ℃, the whole particles are sieved by 12-mesh iron wire, and the fine powder is sieved by 30-mesh sieve to obtain blank dextrin particles. Take 20kg of dextrin blank particles, 10kg of sodium cholate and 0.3kg of magnesium stearate, mix well, sift through 8 mesh once, fully stir well, press the chip core, and coat after the content is qualified. Wrap the chip core several times with single syrup and talcum powder until the chip is not wrapped at the edge, then wrap the isolation layer 2-3 times with 100-150g/L zein ethanol solution, wrap the chip round with glue powder, syrup and talcum powder, wrap the chip with iron oxide syrup until smooth and delicate, polish, cool and dry, and prepare sodium cholate sugar-coated tablets.
